1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, booking a demo, or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Services on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Our services

StreamlineREI provides an all-in-one CRM platform and supporting services for real estate professionals, including lead management, automation, communication tools, and optional add-on services such as customization, marketing, and support. We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time to improve the platform.

3. Accounts & eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it updated.
• Notify us promptly at info@streamlinerei.com of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Billing & payment

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. Usage-based charges (such as messaging or calling) are passed through at the rates shown in your account. Unless stated otherwise:

• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you may cancel at any time and access continues through the end of the paid period.
• We may update pricing with advance notice; changes apply to the next billing cycle.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services. Among other things, you will not:

• Violate any applicable law, including telemarketing, anti-spam (such as TCPA and CAN-SPAM), and data-protection regulations.
• Send unsolicited messages or contact individuals without proper consent.
• Upload malicious code, attempt to breach security, or disrupt the platform.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or copy the Services without authorization.
• Use the Services to store or transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

You are solely responsible for your compliance with laws governing your outreach and communications with your own contacts and leads.

6. Intellectual property

The Services, including all software, design, text, and trademarks, are owned by CrecenTech Systems or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your business. You retain ownership of the data and content you upload ("Your Content"), and you grant us a license to host and process it solely to provide the Services.

7. Third-party services

The Services may integrate with third-party tools and providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results — such as leads generated or deals closed — will meet your expectations.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StreamlineREI and CrecenTech Systems will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Services and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Services in a way that risks harm to us or others. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends; provisions that by their nature should survive — such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will remain in effect.

11. Governing law, changes & contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which CrecenTech Systems is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We may update these Terms from time to time; when we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
